Step 1

Step 1 - Inspection - our experts will carefully examine all areas of the rug, which includes; main body, fringes, and side edges.
If Any damage, stains or spots are detected they will be noted and advised. Our company offers a full range of rug repair and restoration services
which will eliminate any defect, restore the damaged surface, pattern, preserving the original color and the strength of the fibers.

Step 2

Step 2 - Your area rug is brought to our master plant facility. Third generation of Master weavers on board have all the necessary skills, tools and materials,
which allow the highest quality repair of any type of rug, weave, size or complexity. The process consisted of several stages: purification, conservation, restoration.

Step 3

Step 3 - Dusting and washing. Starts with dry soil removal with high volume compressed air referred as air dusting.
Before any rug washing procedure we dye bleed test the rugs to make sure each color of the rug is stable and will not bleed during the Antique rug washing or dry process.
rug washing procedure begins with a complete immersion and gentle bubble bath and continues with a thorough rinsing that leaves us with clear rinse water.
We hand dry area rugs on our custom made specialized drying towers. After the rug is dry, we groom the pile in the proper direction of the weave and gently comb the rug fringes.

Step 4

Step 4 - Final inspection. We ensure that after completion of the antique rug washing/cleaning and repair/restoration process the area rug is at the highest level of satisfaction.
In case area rug doesn't meet our inspection, the area rug will undergo the process again and repeat steps 1-4.
