- Inspection
The first step is an inspection by our talented and expert team members. Through examination is done in this essential step which aids further in the cleaning process.
- Dry soil removal
Dry soil is removed in this step with a high volume of compressed air. This step is also known as air dusting.
- Dye Bleed Test
Every rug is made up of different fabric and color scheme. Our trainers carry out a dye bleed test before washing and cleaning your carpet. This test makes sure that every color is stable and will not bleed during our cleaning process.
Otherwise, if any color bleeds in the washing process, it will adhere to other parts of the carpet and will destroy the color scheme of your rug.
- Washing Step
Now comes the primary step of washing. It is done with a soothing bubble bath and complete immersion of rug in an eco-friendly detergent. Compressed air is used for optimum soil removal.
- Deep Rinsing
The fifth step is the deep rinsing off your rug until your water becomes clear.
- Drying
Hand dry area rugs are sued for drying our customer’s precious carpets. It is done on our custom-made drying towers. Temperature regulation is also maintained for the best cleansing on these towers.
- Pile Grooming
Pile grooming in the direction of reweaving is done in this second last step of the procedure. Rug fringes gently come up during pile grooming.
- Final Inspection
After grooming, the last step is the final inspection of the cleaned and washed rug. We make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied and we meet the demands of them. In case if customers are unsatisfied, the whole cleaning process is repeated from 1-8.
